Refund Policy

Refund eligibility

  • Unused topped-up balanceRefundable in full within 30 days, less payment processor fees.
  • Subscription plansRefunded pro-rata on unused days (e.g. used 3 of 30 days = 27/30 refunded).
  • Consumed tokensNot refundable (already paid through to upstream provider).

How to request a refund

  1. Email billing@sealink.asia with subject 'Refund Request'.
  2. Include in the body: account email, refund amount, reason (optional but helps us improve).
  3. We'll confirm receipt within 2 business days. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
  4. Refunds are returned to your original payment method (card / local wallet). If the original method is unavailable, we process via bank transfer.

Disputes

Email billing@sealink.asia within 14 days; we'll review item by item.

This policy applies to the current Stripe Checkout, balance top-up, and usage billing flow. This page does not replace the Terms of Service.
